Food and design have always worked in tandem in my world. I cannot have one without the other. They are twin passions that continually overlap.”

With a background in architecture, I continue to draw inspiration from my understanding of space, structure and an obsessive eye for detail. I approach design and food in the same way, it’s forming and transforming, adding layers and texture, balancing flavours and unexpected elements. This, combined with hosting, is the creative outlet that feeds my soul.

Entertaining is a time that captures some of our most intimate and nostalgic memories. It’s time not only spent but shared with the people we care for most.  It’s often a declaration of love or an act of kindness. A time that we think outside ourselves and try to think about those around us. It’s a spirit that is needed more than ever now, a spirit that I hope to share with you all and help narrate those moments that you can capture for a lifetime, whether you’re together or loving from afar.
